Coco Reef is situated on the beautiful southwestern coast of Tobago in the town of Crown Point. It is a short drive from Crown Point International Airport (five minutes) and five miles from the capital city, Scarborough. Within Crown Point there are two banks, ATM machines just a short walk off property, restaurants and bars, “mini marts” and two of the island’s most popular beaches – Store Bay and Pigeon Point. Store Bay is to the west of Coco Reef and the world famous Pigeon Point Heritage Park is to the East. Coco Reef's guest accommodations feature tropical elegance with saltillo tiled patios and balconies, exquisite wall stencils, tiled vanities and the very finest hand-crafted wicker furniture. Of Coco Reef's total of 135 rooms, suites and villas, 114 have ocean views, the rooms and suites are decorated in a tropical décor, with tile floors, wicker furniture, marble bathrooms, plush towels, hairdryers, TV, AC, phones, refrigerator, and balconies or patios overlooking the bay. A wonderful honeymoon suite sits on it’s own point overlooking the sea and features luxury suite and bath facilities. Tropical hibiscus, bougainvillea, and other colorful flowers bloom in profusion all over the well-manicured property. Beach palapas and lounge chairs are set up every day along the white sand beach and special beach towels are available. The small pool sees little action as everyone heads for the lovely beach. The Bar-Restaurant Bacchanals located by the beach side features local dishes, burgers, snacks, and those great tropical drinks with little umbrellas. You can eat here from late morning through the evening in casual attire and swimsuits. Tamaras offers elegant dining on the second level overlooking the bay. Breakfast is buffet offering all the typical fare to satisfy both American and European tastes. Afternoon tea is served each day in the bar over the lobby next to Tamaras. You must dress for tea, as you do for dinner, so no shorts and casual attire allowed at this time. Weekly entertainment features a variety of local entertainers and musicians from steel bands, to soloists and musicians playing the guitar or piano.

Crown Point Beach Hotel

The Crown Point Beach Hotel is situated on seven acres of landscaped grounds overlooking the famous Store Bay Beach at Crown Point, Tobago and just walking distance to/from Crown Point International Airport. Our air-conditioned rooms, each with an ocean view, contain one double and one single bed, cable television, self-contained bathroom with stall shower and an equipped kitchenette complete with refrigerator and table-top stove. The hotel is a two story apartment complex consisting of 13 One-Bedroom apartments and 33 Studio apartments, complemented by 18 Cabanas dotted along the beautiful lawns. All rooms are outfitted for basic self-catering. In 1966 Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II, accompanied by Prince Phillip, visited Trinidad & Tobago and stayed at our Hotel in Cabanas 9 & 10. Since then these cabanas have been a favorite amongst our guests. Our amenities include a fresh water swimming pool, two tennis courts, table tennis facilities, shuffleboard, free internet services and a conference center. For easy shopping, a convenience store and two clothing and souvenir shops are located on the hotel’s compound. From our grounds you can amble down our steps that easily lead on to Store Bay Beach or relax and enjoy a breathtaking sunset from our rocky cliff. From the grounds of the hotel, guests may bird watch, play lawn tennis, table tennis or shuffleboard, swim in the large pool or just enjoy a drink at the bar overlooking the vista of Store Bay and Pigeon Point. At the end of the day our lookout is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of a Tobago sunset.
