La Fleur Sur
La Mer is set in large, gated grounds in Colombier, which
is quite a local area of in the hilly north-west of St
Barths. Along the ridge top are two bakeries and close by
is a hotel with an excellent dining room Francois
Plantation. There are a lot restaurants some located at
other Hotels on Flamands beach or otherwise about five
minutes drive to/from Gustavia. The closest and easily
accessible beach is Anse des Flamands, about 10 minutes
away. La FLeur Sur La Mer is a very elegant and
traditional West Indian style series of cottages with
white clapboard walls and shingle roofs. Inside there are
polished wooden floors and antique furniture. Most of the
rooms have classic Caribbean decoration, the dining room
is brighter and more colorful. Spacious, well equipped
villa would suit more mature family gatherings or group of
friends with magnificent 360 degree views, swimming pool,
large sundeck with sun loungers and dining area. Master
bedroom with heated spa pool, large living room, formal
dining room, fully equipped professional style kitchen;
stainless steel range, dishwasher, microwave, blender,
coffee maker and toaster. Air-conditioned home theatre
with cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD stereo system with surround
sound. Fax machine, high speed internet access and WiFi.
Air-conditioned gym. Covered veranda with sitting area and
wrap-around wood decked terrace. At La Fleur Sur La Mer
children are Not allowed. Personal laundry service is not
provided but you can find a Laundromat and a dry cleaning
service in St Jean. The Minimum rental period of the Villa
is 7 nights except during 15 Dec-05 Jan when it is 14
nights. |

Located in
Mont Jean, this traditional private Villa has a Caribbean
touch of elegance; tall arched French doors, high pitched
ceilings with tin roofs and an inside antique furniture.
Quite a formal air, but also accessible, making it
easy-going and fun to stay. Beverly Villas St.Barths offer
this private and an amazing 4 bedroom Villa with
spectacular Ocean and surrounding Islands view, where you
can enjoy of magnificent sunsets on summer time. Mainly
built on one level (except steps leading down to the
villa). The master bedroom suite is separate from the
other bedrooms and it opens to a private terrace. A very
large bedroom with very large onsite bathroom with pale
fabrics and use of light lend a feeling of tranquility and
serenity. The three other bedrooms are next to each other
and are located in the back of the villa. All rooms are
with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, three with queen
bed and one with two twins. The dinning area seats between
6 to 8 persons at a lovely glass table with very
comfortable chairs. A large swimming pool (30ft x 15ft)
overlooking the Ocean. Great room with formal sitting to
large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, gas stove,
fridge, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee
maker. Cable TV, VCR, CD player, fax machine, high speed
internet access. Elevated terrace with sitting area,
dining gazebo and Weber charcoal barbecue. Good indoor and
outdoor living space and ideal French island villa for a
large family or group of friends. The closest beach is
Grand Cul de Sac (5 minutes). St Jean beach is just beyond
that. Customers need to make special arrangements for
children. |

The villa is
extremely comfortable with an open living room with
beautiful rope sofas and large overstuffed white cushions
giving onto a classic Caribbean veranda and excellent deck
space. Delightful, cozy villa for a family with older
children or a group of friends. From the living room you
can take a view over St. Jean bay which is absolutely
stunning and spectacular; blending the blue of the pool
with the blue of the sea and the sky. This luxurious villa
consists principally of one main floor that offers a great
deal of comfort. The Living and Dining rooms are fully
air-conditioned decorated in subdued hues of white, beige
and blue, make an ideal spot to read or watch a movie. The
bedrooms are all lovely ceiling fan and a king bed or
twins which convert to a king. Three of the bedrooms open
up onto the magnificent terrace and swimming pool. The
fourth bedroom is located on a slightly lower level, which
is accessible by a small staircase from the deck. The
bathrooms are fully equipped with beautiful marbled floor
and central Air condition. Well equipped family kitchen
with wood worktops, gas hob, cooker, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Cable TV, VCR, CD
player, fax machine, high speed internet access and
barbecue. Charming holiday home with welcoming ambiance
for families, friends or couples. St Jean beach, with its
restaurants and beach bars, is a short ride down the hill.
It is the liveliest beach on the island, but the other
beaches are not much further to drive. The Bor Villa is
impeccably maintained making it the perfect spot for
taking full advantage of this marvelous environment. |
